April is slipping away - here are some Garden highlights you won't want to miss.

Caltha-palustris-Flower-Spring-HMS25

Marsh Marigold (Caltha palustris)

Bright and cheerful, these sunny blooms are lighting up the edges of the pond in the Water Pavilion. A perfect springtime sight!

Perennial-Garden-Waterfall-Spring-HMS25

Perennial Garden Waterfall

No matter how many times I visit, the magic of this waterfall never fades. It’s a must-see, especially with spring in full swing.

Prunus-virginiana-Flower-Spring-HMS25

Chokecherry (Prunus virginiana)

A true Utah native! These lovely flowers will soon give way to berries that ripen from red to deep black. Like all Prunus species, the pits are poisonous — enjoy the fruit, but be sure to skip the seeds (just like you would with cherries!).

Brunnera-macrophylla-'Looking-Glass'-Flower-Spring-1-HMS25

Silver Siberian Bugloss (Brunnera macrophylla 'Looking Glass')

Delicate clouds of blue flowers shimmer and dance in the spring breeze, creating a dreamlike display.

Tulipa-cvs.-Flowers-Spring-HMS25

Tulip (Tulipa cvs.)

A rare sighting of Tulips in the Garden! Tulips are hard to grow at the Garden, as squirrels like to dig them up for a tasty treat.

Don't let April pass you by without a stroll through the blooms.
