- When a venue has been reserved and is unavailable, the calendar will display Morning Reserved or Evening Reserved. Public garden events that impact venue availability will also be displayed as Morning Reserved or Evening Reserved.
- Space availability within 30 days of today's date is subject to staffing availability and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- We offer a complimentary hold on a venue for a specific date and rental time. When a hold is placed, we begin a waitlist for any other interested client. A date with one or more holds is shown as Waitlisted on the calendar. Waitlists are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We will update clients on their waitlist status periodically.
