These hands-on classes aim to empower individuals with the tools and confidence to redefine healthful cooking while pursuing deliciousness!
Recipes are plant-forward but may not be vegan. Recipes may contain peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, fish, shellfish, soy, eggs, and milk.

Ocean and Garden Tacos with Theresa Dvorak MS, RD, CSSD, ATC
Just like summer, tacos have limitless possibilities! Join Chef RD Theresa Dvorak in this Hands-on Cooking class to prepare the ultimate summer taco bar. We will explore fillings from sea to farm, including dill-icous salmon, spicy shrimp, ancho chicken, and savory portobello. Along with toppings to ignite your taste buds (cabbage slaw, pickled radishes, mango & poblano salsa). Taco Tuesday will never be the same!

After this hands-on class, you may never buy pasta or jarred sauce AGAIN! We will explore how gardens can shine as they supply the ingredients for these bright and robust red and pesto sauces. You will certainly feel the love in every bite.
