Join instructor Purnima Gandhi in the Herb Garden as she prepares delicious Indian Cuisine from various regions of India. You will be introduced to spices and flavors of Indian cuisine. She will provide step-by-step instructions for each dish. This is a hands on class, come prepared to help and enjoy the meal. She will talk about lentils, spices and other ingredients used in Indian cooking Participants will also receive a personal recipe packet to take home.
