CULINARY MEDICINE COOKING CLASSES

JULY & AUGUST


This series of courses aims to empower individuals with the tools and confidence to redefine healthful cooking while pursuing deliciousness! Classes will be held online via Zoom.

Students will recieve recipes with a list of ingredients before classes in order to follow along with instructor. Zoom link will be sent to students one day before class.

Mediterranean Herbs

TUESDAY, JULY 14

6-7:30PM

Participants will prepare a vibrant meal using Mediterranean herbs that are in an abundance in many summer gardens. As well as learning the health and culinary benefits of herbs.

So you planted a garden...now what!

SATURDAY, AUGUST 15

12:00-1:30PM

Participants will prepare a meal with the abundant flavors found in many Utah gardens. Along with exploring the health and culinary benefits of eating local and experiencing fruits of your labor.
