Earth, Wind & Fire has informed Red Butte Garden that it has canceled its scheduled performance on September 17, 2013 due to a scheduling conflict. The Garden sends its apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment this will cause. Refunds will be processed according to payment used at the time of purchase.
Refunds for credit card orders will be issued automatically to card used at the time of purchase. You do not need to take any action. Processing time for credit cards can vary according to card type and bank. Typically, refunds should post to your account within the next seven business days.
Tickets purchased with cash or check will be refunded by a University of Utah check and can take up to three weeks.

The Garden is not responsible for refunding tickets that were not purchased directly from Red Butte Garden.
