For over a decade our Conservation Program has been working to protect over 250 of Utah's rare plant species and native habitats throughout the Intermountain West. By partnering with the Center for Plant Conservation, agencies and organizations across the globe, we have become pioneers in plant conservation research and preservation techniques. Utah Rare Plant Meeting 2013
This annual meeting is co-hosted with the Utah Native Plant Society. The purpose of the meeting is to provide a forum where professionals and plant enthusiasts alike can gather to exchange critical information, concerns, and successes about Utah's rare plant species. Open to the public, attendees frequently include federal and state agencies, non-profit organizations, private consultants, university researchers and students, and citizens.
