How to Buy Concert Tickets

TICKET ON-SALE DATES

1. Concert Packages - NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR 2013

  • Six Ticket Packages to choose from. A stress-free way to get the tickets to the shows you want before individual tickets go on sale to Garden Members and the general public

2. Garden Members - Monday, April 29 at 9:00am

  • The many benefits of Membership includes concert ticket presale and a discount on ticket prices

3. General Public - Monday, May 6 at 9:00am

  • Purchase tickets directly through our website
  • There is a $5.00 processing fee per order

  • Box Office opens at 9:00am daily
  • There is a $5.00 processing fee per order

3. In-Person

  • Visitor Center Box Office - 300 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT
  • No order processing fees for in-person purchases
  • Leave with tickets in hand

HOW TO PICK UP TICKETS

Red Butte Garden does not mail concert tickets. There are two ways to pick up tickets purchased online or over the phone:

1. At the Red Butte Garden Visitor Center*

  • Prior to the day of the show during Garden operating hours

2. At the Will Call Booth*

  • Near the entrance to the Amphitheatre, on the day of the show starting two hours before showtime

*Photo ID required. Tickets may only be picked up by the purchaser. Red Butte Garden will not authorize name changes on tickets.


DAY OF SHOW TICKETS

  • Ticket prices increase on the day of the show
  • There are no Garden Member discounts on day-of-show tickets


CHILDREN'S TICKETS

Children two years old and younger do not need tickets. Children ages 3-12 require a reduced-rate child ticket. Children age 13 and older will need a full-price adult ticket.


All sales are final. No refunds, replacements or exchanges.


MEMBER BENEFITS FOR CONCERTS

Become a Member and receive a number of benefits. Members are eligible to:
  • Purchase concert tickets in advance of the general public
  • Receive a discount: tickets are $5.00 less per ticket for Garden Members than for the general public

  • Family and Circle of Friends - 4
  • Contributor and Forget-Me-Not - 6
  • Blazing Star and Avant Gardener and Director's Club - 8
