  2. Tickets
    1. 20 VIP reserved seating tickets to each concert. Total of 240 based on 12 concerts.
    2. 100 Additional VIP tickets to be allocated as desired.
    3. VIP Tickets Include
      1. VIP parking
      2. Sponsor Gate Entrance
      3. Reserved Seating Area
      4. Access to pre-concert receptions
      5. Sponsor gate will open 15 minutes after main gate.
    4. Sponsors may purchase additional VIP tickets at $75 - $150 each (depending on general admission ticket price per event).
  3. For one concert (selected by the Garden) each of your employees can purchase up to four (4) general admission tickets at half price.
  4. 100% discount on rental of the Orangerie (one event per year).
  5. Free Garden admission off ered to all employees and their families during the last week of the concert series.
  6. Complimentary table sponsorship to the Garden’s annual gala ($2,500 value).

Stage Sponsor Benefits

  1. Branding
    1. Signage recognition on amphitheatre stage. Signage will recognize your company as the “Stage Sponsor” for 2008 and will appear on the eave of the stage roof. Design of signage to be determined via collaboration between RBG staff and sponsor representatives.
    2. Name and logo will have premier billing second only to the Presenting Sponsor on all print media and marketing efforts related to the Red Butte Garden (RBG) Outdoor Concert Series (OCS).
    3. Logo featured prominently in all concert ads and included with all print materials.
    4. Prominent “front page” placement on Garden’s four-color concert mailer delivered to over 25,000 households.
    5. Recognition at Visitor Center for duration of OCS.
    6. Banner ad on web site with link.
    7. Live sponsor recognition will be provided from the stage at every performance.
    8. In recognition of Red Butte Garden receiving ZAP tax funding, the ZAP logo will also be seen on print materials.
  2. Tickets
    1. Eight VIP reserved seating tickets to each concert. Total of 96 based on 12 concerts.
    2. Fifty additional VIP tickets to be allocated as desired.
    3. VIP Tickets Include
      1. VIP parking
      2. Sponsor Gate Entrance
      3. Sponsor Seating Area
      4. Access to RBG pre-concert receptions
      5. Sponsor gate will open 15 minutes after main gate.
    4. Sponsors may purchase additional VIP tickets at $75 - $150 each (depending on general admission ticket price per event).
  3. RBG will provide space for a 10 X 10 booth/tent for sponsor use. Booth will be utilized for distribution of sponsor information subject to University of Utah policies and practices.
  4. Pre-concert reception – Stage Sponsor may host one private pre-concert reception.
    1. RBG will provide an additional 50 VIP tickets specifically for this reception.
    2. Concert at which this reception will be held will be chosen by Stage sponsor within two weeks of receiving concert season line-up. The OCS Presenting Sponsor will have the right of first selection as to the concert for which it will host a reception; Stage Sponsor will have the right of second selection i.e., before other concert sponsors.
    3. Stage Sponsor will be responsible for cost of catering of this event and will use one of RBG’s approved caterers.
  5. Ability to sponsor a buy one get one free ticket promotion for all U of U faculty and employees for one concert.
