The Visitor Center operates as the Garden’s Box Office. No order processing fees are assessed to In-Person purchases at the Visitor Center.

Garden Members receive discounts on concert tickets and avoid processing fees by purchasing tickets In-Person at the Visitor Center Box Office. Members receive FREE ADMISSION to the Garden as well as other great discounts and benefits.

On average, the discount a Garden Member receives on the purchase of six concert tickets is enough to pay for an annual individual membership.
